As a result of expansion, Our client wishes to recruit for OPERATIONS MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make wholistic strategies for the App’s growth, responsible for app’s core data metrics and branding;
2. Keep establishing, refining and managing the entire local team in terms of the structure, culture, motivations, etc;
3. Work cloesly with HQ, provide insights and report work constantly
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree, or above. Proficient in English, self-motivated, goal-driven.
– 3+ years’ experience in digital media, programming, and marketing. Experience with short-form video platforms preferred.
– Deep understanding of African popular culture, local trends, content consumption behaviour, and digital media platforms.
– Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
– Strategic, creative, entrepreneurial mindset; open to thinking outside of traditional models.
– Organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills; ability to execute multiple, high-priority projects, with a keen attention to detail.
