Celebrity Operations Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Identify, recruit, and onboard high potential Creators and Celebrities to the client’s  app;

2) Foster strong relationships with, and grow a portfolio of high potential video   Creators and Celebrities;

3) Establish resources and educate Creators, celebrities partners on best practices, help solve technical

issues, and optimize overall performance;

4) Develop customized strategies for the growth of the creator and celebrity ecosystem based on data

5) Track and report back on the performance and growth of creators and celebrities on a regular basis

(quantitive and qualitative);

6) Lead projects and manage events/programs to support the Creator and celebrity ecosystem.

7) Any other tasks to be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree, or above. Proficient in English, self-motivated, goal-driven.
– 3+ years’ experience in digital media, programming, and marketing. Experience with short-form video platforms preferred.
– Deep understanding of African popular culture, local trends, content consumption behaviour, and digital media platforms.
– Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
– Strategic, creative, entrepreneurial mindset; open to thinking outside of traditional models.
– Organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills; ability to execute multiple, high-priority projects, with a keen attention to detail.
