Role overview:
- Country Marketing Leader drives brand, product, content and go-to-market strategy to help the organization become the #1 Entertainment platform for our community.
- This role helps ensure we’re delivering on this mission through all of our marketing and communication efforts, helps set the brand tone and brings the brand story to life through constant marketing innovation across advertising, digital engagement and social storytelling.
- We’re looking for a Marketing Leader who can partner with a diverse team of highly skilled marketing and functional experts to help bring us beyond our brand ambitions and help drive the next phase of company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a holistic marketing strategy and roadmap across multiple marketing channels to deliver on our Brand, Product and User Goals for the Country
- Ensure measurement impact and ROI, and translate analyses into updated plans and tactics
- Develop integrated brand, product and content plans and partner with the Creative Studio on the creation of collateral to ensure there is consistency across all paid, owned and earned channels.
- Innovate across new marketing channels, and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field
- Attract, engage and retain a diverse team of marketers with functional expertise in key strategic pillars
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Region and Global Marketing, Centers of Excellence for Marketing, Cross-Functional Partners in Content, Business Development, Sales, etc. to ensure we have a cohesive approach
- Present marketing plans and results to Executive leadership and make the case for additional investment where needed
- Develop best-in-class content campaigns, being responsible for strategic vision, concept, execution, engagement and measurement. – Elevate and support creative programs and spotlight users and communities.
- reate a narrative and calendar of key moments to best communicate the organization’s brand and purpose to the broadest fan and media audience in the most compelling way.
- Create local Influencer and Events campaigns to be best-in-class at brand experiential and partnership activations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working on global brands with proven expertise in developing brand community strategies and messaging vehicles w/ a strong digital/social/experiential foundation.
- 4+ years prior management experience leading projects and a team.
- Demonstrated history of the building and implementing high impact marketing strategy with business results
- Proven track record of independently managing successful campaigns including planning, testing, creative development and ongoing optimization across social media and experiential. –
- Understanding of what drives pop culture in key markets.
- Expertise across multiple marketing channels including social media
- Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Content, Business Development, Product Management and Sales.
- Proven ability to attract diverse talent, and build, inspire and motivate team members
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to use data to make decisions.
- Ability to navigate and create structure around ambiguity; “can-do’ attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proven experience making high judgment decisions and complex trade-offs in a high visibility situation
